I've been arguing Floyd cannot really be scared of Manny. But I am also running out of alternative explanations.

Marble, sometimes we're too smart for our own good and miss the obvious. Floyd's actions speak for themselves. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you were Floyd Mayweather, you'd take him on. I think this is the way you're looking at it. Taking a basic look at it, at least from where I stand, Floyd's actions don't seem weird at all. Please keep in mind that Pac almost killed the 3 top names in the WW division, Cotto, Oscar and Hatton.

You could be right but I see no way Rodger is going to jail.

well he beat a women up kind of easy to see, also isnt he on probation?

even if he doesnt I think its clear they dont want to sign a fight and then possibly lose Rodger for the camp

I think Floyd wants not part of Manny he likes that 0 and he thinks Manny has a good chance against him. But you could be right. We will have to wait and see.

My thing is I thought that Mayweather was all about money and the money was there so why not fight.

floyd has his father who can train him..if roger goes to jail it will be in vegas..they can visit him for advise..if roger lets say gets 2 years in jail since as a professional fighter and ex champ his hands by law is considered a lehtal weapon....does that mean floyd retires..bird thats an excuse for floyd that arum nicely handed to him..after all wasnt floyd sr oscars first choice OVER fredie roach..
