As quickly as he came in he ran out even quicker. they need to throw in some lil Japanese guy with Silva to really test his skills.

Wow that was embarrassing. Don't understand Forrest's strategy at all. That was painful to watch

Yeah forrest is such a nice guy, I figured he was gonna get beat but I hate to see him get clownstomped. Silva really seems like he wants to fight someone who can hurt him. Seemed like he kinda got pissed at forest at one point cause forest wasnt pushing the fight hard enough. Then when he just put his hands by his side and dodged everything forrest threw and just knocked him out with a jab....it was like watching the matrix and seeing Neo after he realized he was the one. Noone could even touch him, reminds me alot of silva

As a fighter the dude has one of the best chins....EVER. He basically takes and beating, wears his guy down, and subs him ASAP once its on the matt. His BJJ is as good as anyones at HW.

As for Forrest....well... it was rough watching one of my guys take a beating like that, but he needs to sac up and deal with the loss. I can understand being a bad loser, but running out like that is ridiculous.

Dana hasn't seen Forrest since his fight. He's not at the presser!

I thought for a minute maybe he thought he broke his jaw or something and that's why he ran out so quick. Probably not though

If you get a chance watch some the TUF 9. He was coaching against Mir and showed what a good guy he is.

Yeah that was just bad really bad on forrest's part. This may scar him for life.
