| Nah he just lost the Title, and has only 1 loss, no one else is overly deserving and with Shogun out, a Shad/Machida fight isn't horrible. | |

| Nobody needs to see Shogun/Machida 3, LA. We saw the very close fight ion which Machida was all kinds of busted up, and we saw the second one where Machida was, again, all kinds of busted up. Machida/Shogun 3 would look alot like Sakuraba/Wanderlei 3. Shogun flat out has Machida's number for whatever reason. If anything Minotoro is the next logical prospect for any kind of interim/contenders fight. Dude has 7 wins in a row(and admittadly Brilz looked real good, and Minotoro didn't look stellar in that fight). But 7 wins is 7 wins just like Machida is realistically 0-2 in his last 2. | |

| Spin it anyway you want, they're 1-1 against eachother, without a doubt Machida would have a chance in another fight saying otherwise is dumb. Shogun beat Nog down, we want to see that again? it goes both ways. | |

| Yeah but at least Minotoro wasn't laid out looking like a chicken wing with a lab rat under his eye. No one is spinning anything. Machida had no answers for Shoguns striking in the first fight and he definitely didn't have any in the second fight. I thought you got over this already before when you were lashing out like the emo kid in class who goes home and cuts himself because people still make fun of him. The first fight was close, the second was not. Botht imes left Machida bloodied and battered, while Shogun came out ready to fight in a couple weeks again. | |

| Machida had no answers THE FUCK? He conceded only body and leg kicks and looked human for the first time in his whole career, and the second fight went completely outside of his comfort zone and into Shoguns. Machida is one of the only LHW's in the world with the ability to beat Shogun down the line. Shogun might beat him again, but he could just as easily lose badly to him next time.
LA we funna ride out on this issue on these suckas.
People like to buy into this neatly fitting interlocking system of "this guy has this guy's number" when it isn't always the case. Liddell has Tito's number, sure, but Wanderlei as it turns out didn't have all of Page's number. A prime Liddell could probably still beat numerous Rampage incarnations throughout his career IMO. Just happened to lose the times he fought him. This seems to be a bigger deal in this weight class. Makes the world seem like it has more order than it does in reality.

| IDK I don't feel like getting into this again Ludo, personally I think Machida could still beat Shogun, and obviously vice vera, I think they are the 2 clear best LHWs in the World. | |

| It'll be Machida vs Franklin II, Rampage has already publicly ducked Machida. |
