Did the 48 year old guy get convicted of her death?

I plead the 5th on my biggest regret.

living the first part of my life as i was told to do. Now i do what the fuck i want when i want. Works much better for me.

ya he ended up getting convicted but he tried to pin it on another guy I knew that got deported for dealing, guess he figured since he was out of the country he could shift the blame to the other big time guy in the city from that time, it didnt work though

Dallas federal jury convicted James McDaniel on Friday of causing the overdose death of Meaghan Bosch two years ago, but the Southern Methodist University student's survivors were not the only ones relieved by the verdict.

Some of the dozen young women who say McDaniel drugged and sexually assaulted them were in the 13th-floor courtroom as U.S. District Judge Sam Lindsay read the verdict, which came after four hours of deliberation.

"I didn't know Meaghan Bosch, but now she's my sister," said one of the women, who testified that she was rendered unconscious for a day after being drugged by McDaniel. "It's nice that there will be consequences for what he did to us. Meaghan paid the price for the rest of us."

McDaniel, who has described himself as a professional poker player, showed little emotion Friday. Throughout the trial, he was jovial, even bantering with prosecutors. His family members, two of whom watched the entire trial, left the courthouse without comment.

McDaniel, 48, faces up to life in prison when sentenced by Lindsay on Sept. 8. Jurors also found McDaniel guilty of drug trafficking and gun charges.

I have many, but try not to dwell on them...

My biggest one is something that I dont really like getting into and that was the fact that I was being a total brat/ass to my mother before she died.

Not caring about grades in High school, I would have played D-1 soccer and possibly been in the USL right now.

This is another one that I have. I slept through high school, and still got okay grades..just wish I woulda tried harder.

Also wish I woulda taken football more seriously than I did, because I have a pretty good football bloodline in my family.

ya I was virtually stoned all of high school missed 100s of classes and still graduated wtih average grades

I stopped playing soccer in after 10th grade when my dad died...he was my longtime coach when I was younger. Didn't help that I didn't get along with the new HS coach. I was good enough as a freshman to play varsity but got the same amount of PT when I was in 10th and that after losing 9 starting senior the year before. Combo of that me getting off on the wrong shit...I had no chance to go D-1 but Jr. College was a real possibility.

Thanks Bro, yeah crazy situation about my dad, I have talked about it before. Hate to use it as an excuse but I really didn't handle it very well. It's just the truth, I let it get to me and I made the wrong decisions...live and learn I suppose.

Hey man, I can't say I've been there, but probably would have been the same way, handling that kind of stuff is hard.

Yeah he died in complications in surgery having a tumor removed from his adrenal gland. See we both have what is called MEN 2 that does all kind of fucked up shit. Well surgery is just part of life so I didn't expect the Drs to fuck up and then miss the fuck up causing him to lose brain activity. Scary thing is I had a tumor removed from my adrenal gland about 3 years ago...I was so scared I flew to Houston to a specialist at MD Anderson Cancer center.
