If Fedor came to the UFC, who should he fight first?

If Fedor were to sign tomorrow, what would be his first fight? Obviously he wouldn't be in a title fight off a loss. What would be the best possible fight for him? Assuming Cain is spoken for.

1. Frank Mir ; This would be perfect. Mir would take the fight in a heartbeat and it would let fans get to see where Fedor really stands.
2. Lesnar/Carwin loser ; The loser would still be seen as comparable to the winner, and would generate interest, especially if the loser were Lesnar. Then it becomes a Wanderlei-Liddell after the fact showdown that would still be huge.
3. Randy Couture ; Similar to the Lesnar bout, this would be another better-late-than-never showdowns of a fight that was being hyped over two years ago. Only problem here is a Fedor win, no matter how dominating, wouldn't be worth much against Randy at this point.
4. Big Nog. ; The UFC likes throwing these old rivalrys back out there, nevermind how one sided they were when it mattered.
5. Crocop ; Anyone who was around for the first one wouldn't mind this.
6. JDS ; Obviously he would be higher, but he needs to fight for the UFC title at this point.

I would want to see him fight Randy 1st. It should have happened years ago but better late then never.
