Biggest shock to see or hear about Empty
PostSubject: Biggest shock to see or hear about   Biggest shock to see or hear about EmptySun Jun 27, 2010 1:24 am

When Mike Tyson lost the title or Fedor tonight.
I'm 31 and have never been a huge boxing fan but I remember thinking "DAMN HE LOST!" but tonight has just put me in a shitty mood as I never thought he would lose outside of the UFC atleast for a few years until age caught him. So for me Fedor is more shocking.

Fedor losing was a microscopic amoeba compared to U.S. losing today in football for me.

Mike Tyson losing to Buster was so far more surprising than Fedor losing that it isnt even close.

That's funny because I compared both fights right after Fedor tapped to a mediocre MMA fan.

Tyson was a 42-1 favorite or some shit I think Fedor was around 8-1 tonight just to put it into perspective.

Tyson/Buster was like the equivalent of Fedor losing to Kimbo.

OMG Fedor lost to Kimbo too?! Buster Douglas was a legit HW with a great game plan. Much like Fedor, he was overhyped. Unlike Fedor, Tyson didn't have a collection of 5 years of fighting quality opponents.

This is the biggest outcome to a fight in MMA's short history and the biggest sports story for someone like me there is. MMA, NFL, NBA, CFB, CBB, MLB, everything else.... Sports ranked by interest for me.

Rays in the World Series? If you would have told someone that 5 years ago they would have stuck you in a padded room.

The biggest upset in sports had to be the miracle on ice. That Red Army team demolished an NHL all star team.
