| Gotta love Randy....As much as I like to see him win, Id rather see what Nog can do against Brock and especially Mir (hopefully at 100%). | |

| I could see randy losing to nog and dropping to 205. i think randy can match up with anyone at 205 because of his game planning. I don't know how many fights he has left in him though. He's a freak of nature but that can't last forever. | |

| I also think he is better suited for 205. His game planning is second to none but you need more. At 205, he has the game planning, and better wrestling (b/c he would be bigger than many of his opponents). The person to beat machida will have to take him down imo. That gives Randy a better chance that shogun in my mind. Shogun is a great striker and ground fighter, but his wild style will get him caught i think. | |

| I gotta say that as much as I love Randy, I would rather see him fighting at 205 these days. There's just mroe match ups at 205 that I like. | |

| I think Randy vs. Machida would be a great fight. Randy is one of the few guys who could really stick to a specific gameplan for Machida and carry it out. I know he is old, but I think with the right gameplan, Randy could pull one of those Joe Rogan, "UNBELIEVABLE!!!" moments out. | |

| I'm going to UFC 102, so I find myself daydreaming about this fight a lot!
I have Randy winning by UD via the GNP throughout the fight. I wouldn't be surprised to see the 1st as a standup round with Randy trying to work clinch against the cage. 2nd should see Randy working the cage to a TD and some GNP, hopefully rinse and repeat in the 3rd without getting subbed. Either way, I expect them to give it all they have considering the circumstances they are at in their career.
Big Randy and Machida fan, I wouldn't want to see them fight so much. Randy does have the ability to get in on him, but I don't know if he can go the distance(which he'd have to)against Machida without getting hit with a big shot at some point. I'd rather not see Randy get KOed cold again in the UFC. | |
