| I'll be interested to see how long they want to stand before it hits the ground. I actually think Tavares might have the advantage there, which is saying something.
Either way, 103 is FULL of good action fights. While maybe not the biggest names in the world, all those fights look like potential barnburners in the cage. This should be a great card! | |

Tavares has the BJJ advantage in a big way, but I think Miller is more well-rounded. I'm not sure who is the better wrestler - though I think they are pretty close in that regard. Tavaras has flashes of flashy striking, but Jim is a lot more solid there. | |

Matt Wiman, Kurt Pellegrino and Tyson Griffin disagree. Thiago is athletic and has pretty good striking for a BJJ blackbelt, but that is not his strength by any means. He can get a flashy kick or flying knee off every once in a while, but his defense is not great. As far as laynpray goes, Tavares is pretty dangerous off his back and generally works for submissions or sweeps all the time. | |
