| Rich got me to thinking about this... Seeing him again the other night just reinforced to me what a class act he is. I think he may be the classiest guy in MMA, even though the sport has many. Here's a quick list of my top-3...
Franklin Fedor Machida
Who are some other classy guys that know how to carry themselves before and after fights and to the public in general? There should be many adds considering there are as many (If not more) class guys as there are dicks in MMA...

When it comes to the fans, none have a classier approach than Wanderlei Silva

| GSP is a borderline classy fighter.
Kenny Florian is a guy that should be listed, and I'm surprised hasnt been.

| Personally, class matters not to me when it comes to fighting. It's a nice compliment to a fighter's personality, but class doesn't get them very far in the cage. Maybe it's easier to root for a classy fighter, but I don't know. Personally I'm a fan of Koscheck, Leben, Mir, and other guys who aren't thought of as classy. Rich Franklin is boring IMO. He's a good fighter but I don't know, he's just missing something IMO. | |

It just started raining about an hour ago. I hear OKC and Edmond is getting tore up though and having power outages. I hope Cu Bua is alright. He is probably much closer to the bad shit right now then I am.

I like Koscheck and Mir, but Leben is horrible. His personality and his fighting are both just horrid IMO. Rich Franklin is a great guy...I love the guy, he's one of my all time favorite fighters. There are certain "not classy" fighters that I like, but it can only go to an extent and it all just depends on how they handle themselves in the cage...if a fighter leaves it all out in the cage most of his fights, I have no problem rooting for them. The question wasnt who we like though lol its who we think are the classiest guys.

It's a hell of a lot easier to pull for a class act than it is a dick if you ask me. And even though it doesn't reflect on a fighters ability, you'd be hard pressed to find real big pricks in the top-5 of any division... Brock and Kos are the only ones I can think of. Rashad, Anderson, Sonnen and Aoki could be added, but I don't think any of them are complete dick heads...

| I don't know about Marquardt. He seems like a nice guy and it was nice how he didn't go in for the kill against Maia, but the stuff he pulled against Leites and Almeida makes me think he's not the classiest of fighters.
Maia by the way is a very classy fighter. He has made it clear that he wants to win matches while performing as little damage as possible to an opponent.
