Some interesting matchups that I would love to see happen this year.

Ok here are some matchups that I think will be great.

Maidana vs Katsidis- I would pick Maidana in a great fight by KO in 8-9.

Cintron vs Cotto- I got Cotto by UD. Very dangerous but enertaining matchup for Cotto IMO.

Angulo vs Foreman- Foreman by UD. Would be a question of IF Yuri can avoid Angulo long enough.

Ortiz vs Malignaggi- Ortiz by UD. RuPaulie can take a punch but I dont think he is as fast as he use to be and Ortiz would not be taking the beating he took from Maidana.

Who would you guys pick in these fights?

Maidana vs Katsidis- Maidana ends it in very brutal fashion. Early to mid rounds.

Cintron vs Cotto- I got Cotto by UD. He takes over the fight in the later rounds.

Angulo vs Foreman- Angulo by late stoppage. Similar to Angulo-Julio, but with less action.

Ortiz vs Malignaggi- Paulie by TKO. Ortiz starts getting tagged in the face and falls apart.

I kept going back and forth on that Ortiz fight. I just keep seeing him bitch out in my head but he should win given his tools.

Sounds good to me I have Maidana, Cotto, Angulo, and the Ortiz fight sorry but I do NOT want to see another Paulie fight. That guy should thank GOD he has had the team he has that guy is not Championship talent yet he has had a number of big fights in his career!!

It would be a great person for Ortiz to step up on. He does not have huge power and he is one of the better guys in the division.

i think that cotto would KO cintron or cintron would figure some way out of the fight before the final bell.

great fights. I'm especially intrigued by Maidana vs Katsidis.

Ortiz would bum rush RuPaullie. Cotto would destroy Kermit "SuperFly" Cintron.

The others I 'm not sure who wins.

Maidana vs Katsidis would be one of those great matchups that ends up being fight of the year like Izzy vs Raffy
