Aoki is a great grappler, but he would have a rough life in the UFC since half of he organization is made up of Gilbert Melendez clones with more size.

Aoki would've had a chance against Gilbert had he trained in a cage. The first time he stepped foot in a cage was against Gilbert. Dumb, just dumb. Japanese fighters train stupid. They're too proud.
Nice to see him training with Sakuraba but what the hell is he going to teach Aoki that he doesn't already know? Needs to stop shooting the breeze with Saku and learn how to box. Saku has made his bones, Aoki hasn't.

Crusher will beat Aoki down and prove to the world that he is the world's best Japanese LW, not Aoki.

Cesar?
Yeah after his fight with Gil Cesar's website graciefighter.com said that Aoki would be coming to train with them. It still could happen but I just figured it would have by now.

It'll never happen. Aoki will just train harder in his ground game because he's hard headed just like the rest of them. Then become even more one-dementional

How would learning BJJ from Cesar improve him as a fight? If anything he needs to hook up with a good striking coach like Phil Nurse.

well, being of a similar body style as the Diaz brothers, both of whom are pretty good strikers as well as jj players, I think he could learn a bit from those guys.

Who said he was going there to learn BJJ? How about the wrestling he could learn from Jake and Gil? Someone taught Nick Diaz how to box so I bet they got a good boxing coach. And furthermore FUCK Phil Nurse for being the cheat he is, admitted he put vasoline on GSP's back, admitts it looked bad, but swares he didn't mean to
