Just seen Mo do an interview on BJPENN.COM he says his eye got swollen because Mousasi was eye gouging him. I deleted that shit so I can't go back and watch it does anyone remember seeing or hear of Mousasi eye gouging Mo? I'm pretty sure that swollen eye came from a heel to the face.

Can you just imagine the shit talking between the 2 of them though? It has to be epic.

Who does Mo NOT train with other than the known Quinton Jackson and Gegard Mousasi.

Bones Jones and Mo don't train together. Too much ego-hype in the same room I think.

That would probably go for Mo and Phil Davis as well.

Can't see how this would be a bad move, fighting a guy that just wants to take you down, so u go train with one of the best wrestlers in MMA.

Ya but Randy will still just take him down immediately and finish brutally in 40 seconds or less. No matter who he trains with.

This is such a stupid fight. I wish they woulda gave Kimbo, who was 1-1 in the promotion after all, the fight with Toney. Then when Kimbo takes him down and submits him with MMA skills the headline could have been "Street brawler learns basic MMA and beats world class boxer"

Wait that would be devastating for boxing. I guess it's a good thing it didn't happen like that. Dana did boxing a giant favor by not making that match up.

"King" Mo Lawal details how he tapped to a standing guillotine courtesy of James through his Facebook page. Toney recently made the transition to the Octagon to prove, well, something I assume.

He's apparently making progress, but there is just one problem: "Lights Out" has yet to sign his bout agreement to fight Randy Couture at UFC 118, which is set for August 28, in Boston, Massachusetts.

From MMA Live's Gareth A. Davies:

"Well I got a little disturbing news when I called the UFC for a little bit of a round up this morning is that James Toney is dragging his feet over the bout agreement signing with Randy Couture, which I think is bad news... Well it's a lot of hot air from James Toney; he wanted to be in it, why is he dragging his feet. That needs to be cleared up very soon."

James wanted a striker or Kimbo. The more he trains the more he realizes he can't win this fight.

I have no idea why the UFC let Kimbo go when they have this Toney situation they got themselves into.

I agree. I'm also curious to see if the UFC can give Toney the money he wants. I'm guessing he won't sign to fight Randy and then blame Dana for not giving him $

James will be shocked with how different the purses are in MMA, remember a couple years ago he was fighting for a heavyweight trinket, which no doubt would have had a purse for at least a couple million.

BTW Dana said that Toney has signed the contract to fight Randy and that this has been a done deal and he hes no idea why anyone would've started this rumor
