| Former two time junior flyweight champion Brian Hawaiian Punchâ Viloria (26-3, 15 KOs) of Waipahu, Hawaii, trained by former junior lightweight champion, Robert Garcia in Oxnard, CA, continues his preparations as he is set to step back into the ring on Saturday, June 26th in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines against an opponent yet to be determined. Viloria will be making his run at a third world title, but this time at flyweight. This will be Viloria's first fight after his devastating loss to Carlos Tamara (21-4, 15 KOs) of Columbia for the IBF junior flyweight title back in January of this year. http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/viloria-eyes-3rd-title-47915

| Viloria's previous loss was different. He was just plain gassed out late in that fight. | |

It's a pity that happened, because Brian was an inch away from facing Ivan Calderon for the crown. |

| He might have been drained, I've seen him fight as high as 118. It will be a tough road at 112, most of the big fights will be in Japan and Thailand. | |

The guy just cannot handle prosperity. He gassed because he didn't train right. I wonder for a guy like him if moving up doesn't just leave him open to working less hard. | |
