Rewatching Barrerra vs Morales 1

Bad decision.With the refs decision to award Barrera a knockdown, I had it 117 - 110 Barrera. If the ref correctly rules it a slip, I had it 117 - 111 Barrera. Total rip off if you ask me. My opinion.

taht was a close one, I cant score a Berto fight cause he was nothing but nice when my mom met him, his brother, and their girlfriends at LAX, he signed all kinds of stuff for me and even left a message on my answering machine it was when he was on his way to fight in Florida so I know i wouldnt be fair

well i could understand that but i think to this day berto got a gift. maybe i watched a different fight than other ppl but IMO collazo won

going to bed. I had it 117 - 110 Barrera. Good fight but I thought Barrera landed the harder punches and controlled the action. I had it 117 - 111 without the slip/knockdown.

you made a mistake, had it even after 6 then had Morales win the 7th yet barrerra is up after 7????

think i had it 115 113 Berto first time I watched it but I know my scorecard counts for nthing in that fight

Just watched this again and had it 116-111 Barerra.

Have watched it at least a half dozen times. Only scored it twice and both times I felt Barerra clearly deserved the nod.

i thought it was a close fihgt, in my opinion Barrerra was the clear aggressor, but him and Morales were stil ltrading at a pretty even pace great fight th0ough

I was in Czech republic when this fight took place and I talked a bunch of the people I was with (I was on a Euro tour) into staying up and watching the fight on Sky, everyone from the 70 year old grandma to the mid 20s college grads were all sucked in by that fight, it was a graet one

funny thing is I did the tour 3 times, and saw a big fight each time, Morales Barrerra 1, Vernon Forrest vs Shane Mosley 2, and Barrerra Morales 2, also watched 2 NBA finals play out over there in the Laker- 6ers and Lakers Detroit series.

Bout to throw my hat in this ring boys. I'm gonna watch it here in a few minutes

7 rounds MAB (1,2,3,8,9,11,12), 4 rounds Morales (4,5,6,7), 1 even (10) and take away a pt for the knockdown

I'd have to rewatch the 3rd to verify but I'm pretty sure I disagreed with the decision in every one of their fights

Hell yeah man. Reds bats are hot right now. Leading the NL in runs scored. Hopefully Votto will be back in the lineup tomorrow

lets hope so i'm not holdin my hopes to high i'm just prayin they don't fall apart after the all-star break like they have the last few yrs.

I feel ya. I think having guys like Cabrera and Rolen will help that with their consistency and leadership and plus having a great defense will hopefully help

i agree but hell there's still a lot of games to play so maybe i'm bein to hard on them givin the track record of the last couple yrs
