GBP's Fight Night Club is pretty much OVA

With no depth on their roster, the inability to make quality match ups, hard to find on TV

Its run its course, nothing attractive about it

Hopefully GBP doesnt do the same with Solo Boxeo

the overall production of that thing was a mess

That's a shame because it was a great idea. I blame these promoters for failing to understand the grassroots aspect of the sport. Big fights drive the sport and some bum of the month type fights would really do a great service to boxing. Have a big name fight some lesser competition on these Fight Club nights and it would garner interest.

GBP has stacked their roster with old fighters recently it seems like

use them on tv, and get fucking Ricky Hattons brother on their or something

GBP's roster is nothing but recycled fighters

Every prospect they've got, GBP's has had to outbid other promoters for after they built them up

Yes that's a great idea. Or how about signing the Zab Judah's and Randall Bailey's of the world and getting them on there. I think we're forgetting that these guys as washed up or less skilled as they may be still get relatively big paydays that I don't think fight club was willing to pay for. The thing is without a somewhat big name no TV company will pick it up. I can't believe that we understand this and a multimillion dollar companies like GBP and Top Rank don't.
