| Keep in mind, this was Pauli Malignaggi, Khan was fighting last night, a light hitting chump that Ricky Hatton and Cotto had already clowned, Maidana, Bradley and Alexander aren't going to be walks in the park. | |

| that divison has excellent talent and kahn fits in the mix..from what i saw of the fight the last 4 roun ds it was a combination of paulie looking soo bad with a less than amaturish abilty to slip a punch plus the fact he has noo punch at all to keep kahn honest...credit to kahn for speed with hands some fluidity of movement and intelligent enought to execute the fight plan and listen to his trainer...with that said i thing alexander will be to much for him.can box and punch.should not be a catcher like paulie and should win inside the distance...bradley on the other hand like kahn has a suspect chin and is given to much credit to soon...this fights a toss up..kahn and maidena is very interesting indeed..kahn should getr the best of him by boxing and movement but the punching power of maidina will make it interesting...with him kahn better close the deal better than last night..a suspect chin against a proven puncher will make kahn very vulnerable the first 5 rounds..beyound that he should be able to control the fight in the later rounds and win but dont bet the farm on it.. | |

| I actually thought Khan looked very impressive. He did what he was supposed to do and stuck with his gameplan. he knew Paulie didnt hit hard and he could have came in swinging for the fences but he didnt. He outboxed a very good boxer and showed some good power and great speed. He is definitely gonna be a force in the 140 pound division. | |

I couldn't have said it better Tim. I was impressed with Khan's jab, it's really developed under Roach. |

Khan is going to have an advantage in size, strength and power over the other Jr. welters, if Freddie Roach keeps working with Khan on his skills, i'd agree that he'll be a force @ 140 to reckoned with. Even though this was Pauli last night, I was impressed with how Khan was able to dominate. In any event it's good having another player in 140 division, Khan vs. Bradley, Alexander, or Maidena will be something else for us boxing fans to look forward to. | |

| I've always rated Khan highly in the ring. The one new thing I took away from the fight is he's real long. I can't see anyone at 140 beating him at a distance unless they have great footwork and upper body movement. |

| That was one of the most impressive performances I have seen in a long time. THat jab was breath taking. Improve Khan's chin and you have all the tools for the perfect fighter at 140. | |
