wlads manager says no to drug testing

acording to reports klitchkos manager said nooo to blood testing that the povetkin people want under world doping rules..he said we are not even in any negotiations with povetkin at all and noo i wont let my fighter do anything outside the boxing commision rules...haye has what till sunday to say yes or no..whats taking him so long for hes been claiming all along bring on the K brothers...well haye put up or shut up lol..

I don't know what to make of this. Grant claims Vitali was kicked off his Olympic team for using banned substances.

it was his manager saying that..lwets see what developes over the next few days per espn or boxing rec etcetc

Wlad and Vitali not taking the tests pretty much makes u guilty in the public opions. First thing I think of is hey if they wont be tested they must be using. 9 times out of 10 it seems to be right.
