A new show from Fox Sports hosted by Rachelle Leah. It gives tour's of famous gyms like Team Quest and shows how pro athletes from other sports such as the NFL are using MMA training to take themselves to the next level. I thought it was pretty interesting and is only about 13 minutes long. Check it out.
