I like Vladimir, he is a tough sum'bitch and shouldn't be overlooked. He doesn't lose to bad comp, which Jones isn't. I think Jones can and will KO him though. He is probably the best wrestler Jones has met yet, maybe even with Hamil, at least in how he utilizes it in his MMA matches. He has the type of game that could see this be a 15 minute fight. Speed will be the key though. Jones, round 2 tko.

Thats would be my point also SPEED. Bones has it the Janitor dont.

To bad for Vlad, he's actually a real solid fighter, wish he could have worked his way up without fighting Bones, like him and Vera would have been good.

I was kind of wishing they'd move Jones up in the world. He went from Hamill down to Vera and now the Janitor who is at the end of his career. Why not give him someone like Thiago, Forrest/Nog loser, or Shad/Page loser?

If he dominates Vlad, expect someone real big after that

Vladimir while not very dynamic, overall is probably the highest ranked guy he has fought by many rankings. Matyushenko is on a two fight UFC win streak, is an experienced veteran, and has been in and out of the top ten by sherdog and other rankings over the last two years.

Everyone needs to develop, but why not? He's proven he can beat the Bonnars of the world and even beat someone as good as Hamill (IMO the best he's seen by far). If we're going to rank him in the top 10 then I think he's ready to face some top 10 talent.

Ninja that Bader-Thiago fight isn't official yet is it? I haven't heard much on that since it was rumored a while back

Vlad is a step up from Vera really.

Seems like a step back to me, I would have preferred Bones to face Thiago Silva.
