He injured it, then went to the Finals against Boston, then went to the Olympics, then won the Finals, this offseason was his only chance and he didn't do it because of BB camps he hosted. Next year Kobe will still be there, and someone else will be up while another player is down, happens every year.

Im not saying he sucks by far what Im saying is age is catching up with him faster than most want to admit. Even if he had the surgery at the end of the camps what will he be out for 2 months tops.

If it was only a finger then it would be fine, but Kobe has atleast 1 other injury(knee) and probably more. Now I am a HUGE Kobe hater, but I have never denied his talent. That guy is still flat out amazing and the fact that he is still playing through his injuries is just that much more impressive. IMO Kobe much like BJ Penn has really matured as of late and my hatred is fading because of it. I have more respect for Kobe today then I ever have.

I was sitting about 10 rows from the court across from the Thunder bench and both teams were getting fouled down low they didn't call it. I don't recall the exact number of times, but I think it was about 3 or 4 times the Thunder had a fast-break and Odom or someone else just wrapped them up at half court. It makes you wonder if what Jackson said before the series started pissed off the refs.

I think if the Thunder can push the tempo and get up and down the court they will have a chance of winning game 5. You could tell Bynum and Gasol were gassed by the second quarter. Kobe is definitely not 100% right now, he seems slow and unmotivated. I think it was the OKC paper that said Kobe was seen walking down the tunnel with a cigar in his mouth and limping after game 4. Either LA Times or the OKC paper.

I disagree. Also by the time he got with other Hall of Famers he was old and so was they.

I knew last night might go down that way Mad
But I think we still have a good chance to win game 6 at home before we lose game 7 in LA.

I think the Lakers actually win game 6 and close it out but it has been a good series.
