good nite all. This was a fun nite.

I don't think it was bad for MMA. It wasnt good but it will end up irrelevant. It's not like this is the first time this has happened with Nick Diaz in the general area and MMA surived.

Strikeforce needs to up that security. Mayhem was in niether fighters camp. He had no business over there. That brawl was entirely avoidable.

Beast, give it up. You are wrong here. That brawl was a black eye on the sport and everyone but you apparently can see it. If anyone thought the antics of Brock Lesnar at UFC100 were bad(excluding the sponsorship thing) this is ten times worse. This makes the sport look like a free for all instead of prize fighting. Human cockfighting is what McCain called the sport once, and last night it sure as fuck looked like it when 5 guys jumped on Mayhem.

The notion that "No press is bad press" was something MMA needed ten years ago, MMA doesn't need this kind of shit now.

Kimbo sells, and he has been studying the ground game. Like him or not that throw he put on Alexander was proof that he has taken this seriously. People didn't buy the pay per view after he tried to get into it with Mir again after the fight, dumbass. They bought before hand and he flipped the crowd off after foaming at the mouth among other things when he was done fighting.

but anyway, my Kimbo point was this guy became famous on youtube while streetfighting, and those fights were set up by a porn company. people ate that shit up. people love it. CBS was all about it. t's not a black eye, it brought millions of viewers to the table. and I've always been a kimbo fan, im not hatin here.
