So selling homes to poor people caused this mess? Had nothing to do with the banks huh? Citigroup is more at fault than slick willy. A little bit of everything caused that mess. Cheap money more thab anything caused that downturn. Bill Clinton didn't invent adjustable rate mortgages. He didn't invent credit default swaps. He wasn't responsible for the deregulation of the financial markets.
