| LOL common man 2 fat boys that match up well. It would be a great match up that the UFC could pretty much guarantee victory because Roy could put him in the crucifix at any time he wanted. | |

| Who isn't a mismatch? If Kongo or some striker fights Toney they'd look for a takedown and lay on him for a few rounds, at least Nelson would do some painful fast sub to him.
I like boxing but it would be a nice feather in MMAs cap to have the fattest most unathletic looking fighter in the UFC smoke a world class boxer.

Toney hasn't been world class for years - he's shot, overweight and slurring his words. This is just one big publicity stunt by Dana to take steam away from boxing. |

| The only fight that makes sense for Toney is Kimbo Slice. Everyone else with decent skills takes him down for a submission , or ground and pound. |

kimbo would do the same thing! he did it to mercer, you're stupid if you think theres a fighter in the hw div. that would stand with toney. EVERYONE will take him down the second they hear the bell ring

| True but Kimbo is more vulnerable to strikes for as long as the fight remains standing . Plus his knee is all shot to hell.
I wouldn't be surprised if Meat Head knocked out Kimbo. |

| Dana said they have no idea what they are going to do with Toney and aren't even sure why they signed him to begin with | |

| Yeah these notions of giving Toney season vets for a first match aren't good. No side leg check kick will help him against a guy like Roy or Frank. I would much rather see him debut against an unestablished guy like Kimbo or one of the other lackeys from last TUF. Toney will call out Lesnar and Machida all day but he isn't worthy of those kind of ass beatings yet. | |
