| We now have Carwin vs Lesnar and then Cain waiting on the winner. JDS is obviously in line after that, but who does he fight until then? Kongo? Just fought and could fight in the summer/fall. Would be another entertaining stand up fight. Mir? Just lost. Not sure the UFC wants him to fight JDS at this point. I wouldn't mind seeing Mir smashed again though Nelson? If he gets past SS then it could be an interesting one. He should have the hype to make a big fight and could potentially before a title contender if he beats JDS (3-0) Toney? Just for pure entertainment. | |

| It's crazy to think, but JDS really won't get a shot to fight for the belt until 2011. In terms of progression towards the title, Roy if he beats Struve makes the most sense although the winner will either have to wait or fight a tune up fight in the mean time.
I totally disagree about Kongo vs JDS being a entertaining stand up fight. Kongo has refused to stand with Herring and Buentello........he will try to take JDS down and fast.

| Agree about Kongo Ninja, that said, I don't think he has the wrestling to keep JDS down and turtled up like he did Buentello.
JDS ends it standing somewhere in the second.
Frank is a fight the UFC would likely consider because the winner is still a title contender. The UFC still has hopes for Mir Lesnar III and if he beat Dos Santos, that fight is still a possibility.

| Winner of Struve vs. Nelson makes sense to me. I'd also like a quick loss to James Toney, so I'd live with that. | |

| Mir will most likely be given Nelson after he beats Struve
I'm bettting it'll be Kongo, though there isn't a real good opponent for JDS at the moment, unless he fought Cain.

| I like Kongo. Has the making for a very entertaining fight.
Mir is prob too risky, and I think the UFC is willing to wait on Brock Mir III(and another Mir loss puts a ? on that possibility).
Nelson would be cool, it would be another test of JDS's ground game, but a fight that he should win.

| It will be Nelson or Kongo. Nelson would be the more interesting fight. JDS would fuck Kongo up | |
