Interm UFC HW champion Shane Carwin vs Pride HW champion Fedor Emelianenko to unify these titles.
Strikeforce HW champion Alistair Overeem vs UFC HW champion Brock Lesnar to unify these titles.
Winners face off to declare the real undisputed world heavy weight champion.
JDS vs Cain Valesquez in an alternate bout on the main card.
Fabricio Werdum vs Brett Rogers in a second alternate bout on the main card.
