| I still think he has some fight left. His chin obviously isn't what it used to be, but to be honest, he would have been stopped in a lot of those Pirde fights if they had UFC refs anyway.
Crocop vs Nog is a good idea. Also, should Mir lose, a rematch there would be great as well.
Alternatively, they could use him as a test for Roy Nelson should he get past the Skyscraper.

| Yeah I said Crocop-Nog in a different thread. A match with Mir if he were to lose is a strong possibility as well | |

| not CroCop. Nog may have moved down a bit but i don't think Mirko moved up any. I like the Nog vs. winner of Struve/Nelson idea. | |

| Well Wolf I guess the whole staph infection versus Mir may have not been the only reason Mir finished him. Cain looked like an animal and Nog looked slow and old. Nog vs Nelson would be a good fight but even if Mir loses to Carwin the UFC shouldnt put Mir vs Nog again cause the outcome would be exactly the same. | |

| tim the staff HAD to effect that fight somewhat. He was bed ridden in a hospital for days before the fight. I'd say he was no where near 100%. At least in this fight he tried to through punches. In the Mir fight he kinda was like a mummy. | |

| Roy would be intriguing, maybe they could go full rehab for him and give him Truchner or Yvel. | |

You beat me to it. Wolf has a point about Nelson though. That fight is one I wouldn't miss. Now if either happens win or lose have a rematch with Cro Cop and then make Nog retire and just teach BJJ. I know I will catch hell for this, but Nog isn't as good as I thought he was when he left Pride. He took a beating in every fight he has had the past few years and got lucky and subbed Timmeh and Herring who were a shell of what they once were. Randy was a good one for him and that's the only one I can think of? Correct me if I am wrong but Nog is the best at one thing only...getting beaten down and taking it. Now his chin is in question from what it once was also.
