What will Tebow be like as a Pro?

With Tebow, at least based on college game accomplishments, we're really looking at a guy who appears to be one of the best CF players or QB's ever (believe me I don't think this). But as a Pro, where will he fit? Is he a career backup? starter down the road? complete washout? IMO, I think he should be converted to a TE, but we'll see on that.

I agree with 100 percent LA he will be a tightend in the pros but will be a good 1 not a scrub. he has a winning quality about him self and can help a team with his leadership.

I can see him as a TE, but I think he will make a great QB for some team within the next 3 years.

I do not see him being successful at any position in the NFL.

Stick him at fullback.

He is a great character person and a pure winner. He should stay at QB and prove all the doubters wrong. Drew Brees is proof of this coming out of purdue everyone said he didnt have the size or strength in his arm to play in the NFL and he is the 3rd best QB in the league.

Well we just disagree on everything don't we wolf, favre all time great but I would take Brees now. Shit they already have the same amount of rings LOL.

Yeah and Favre also has about as many career INT's as Brees does career TD passes LOL

Favre is overrated IMO. Sure he is a great QB and has had some impressive performances..but turning the ball over as much as he has hinders my opinion on him quite greatly.

wrong word. not great like Manning or Montana, but a decent QB.

Tebow just doesn't have the right skill set to be a solid NFL QB, to me he's like a JJ Redick or Tyler Hansbrough of CF.

I'd put Brees at 3 too, if we're talking right now what QB's would you take in what order, Favre is behind a bunch of guys.

4th round pick, tried and tested at various positions and out of the NFL in 3-4 years... Plays QB for the UFL until its demise and becomes its only HOFer...

Tebow may be well grounded and have a great work ethic, but I'm not seeing his skill set translating to the NFL, and I don't see him be able to completely change his game to fit the NFL game. Even all the CF analysts who've sucked his dick over his college career are knocking his NFL prospects.

His delivery is way to slow, he would need to be rebuilt from the ground up.

He needs to go back to freshman Tebow running straight forward. He can be a short yardage FB at best. He can't block, doubt he has the hands to be a recieving TE. So starting FB or TE are out of the question IMO. He can be a 3rd string/wild cat QB and stay on roster for 2-3 years before signing autographs and doing public speaking.

When he announced he was coming back to play his senior year, I don't think anyone was surprised since his skill-set was for some kind of a half-back and all honesty probably a fullback given his size. He looked terrible in the senior bowl, perhaps the worst QB there. I just can't see him having a successful career at QB, but he won't likely try another position. He'll probably improve enough to be a back-up or third-stringer for five-six years, then go into motivational speaking or preaching.

I couldn't stand his "Remember the Titans" speeches, but this could be sour grapes since he gave my Sooners a heck of a time last year.
