I've seen alot of complaining about the McMann stoppage, but I didn't have a problem with it. When you get visibly hurt by a knee to the body to the point that your face contorts, and a few seconds later another one sends you crashing to your hands and knees clutching at your body, the fight needs to be stopped.

I didn't have a problem with it but I did think it was a tad early.

Even she said it wasn't a bad stoppage.

Well I wouldn't expect her to say anything else.

I can agree to a point that it was a little quick for a title fight stoppage. But I also believe Herb was every bit justified in stopping it as quickly as he did. She gave no indication that she was doing anything other than reeling from a knee to the liver.

I agree but in the replay it looked like she was trying to get up but it was right around the time Herb stepped in so it was tough to tell if Rhonda pulled back by then.

I thought Herb stepped in too early myself

Tough to argue either way someone feels about it. It was close either way.
