LeBron was the best player when Rose won. You know how these awards go. KD will win comfortably. No one I never said he was better then LeBron. But you are kidding yourself if you don't think KD is way ahead with how they do the voting for these things.

| That's fine, my original no was just in response to Freak saying Durant has been the best in the league by far | |

Yeah I'm not ready to say KD is an overall better player then LeBron. But even if the NBA wasn't stale on LeBron I still think KD would win the MVP. Just by the way the voters do these things. But then you add in the fact that the NBA right now would give the MVP to pretty much anyone having a great season(like with Rose) rather then LeBron if they got the chance. KD is a lock.

| I should've explained myself better. Lebron is a far better player than anyone in the NBA by far. This season though Durant has been doing more for his team in terms of wins than Lebron for the Heat. If I were a GM or coach I'd take Lebron anyday and in the playoffs I'd take Lebron also. |

| Durant had another killer performance vs Portland last night. He is on fire right now. Also Perk hit a key jumper late in the game lol. Perk! | |

He is on a hot streak right now. Confidence is high and his shots are falling. The Thunder are playing well enough now that Westbrook can take his time and comeback when he is ready. If he can come back and stay healthy then OKC should be able to make a solid run at the title this year.

| Durant's hot streak continues. What's most impressive is he is hitting big shots in the 4th quarter to help secure big wins over top competition during this run. He fueled the comeback vs the Rockets and put the games away late vs Warriors, Blazers and Spurs. Reggie Jackson playing strong in Westbrook's absence. I think we will be seeing Reggie and Westbrook on the court together a lot when Westbrook does comeback. Will probably cut back on Thabo and Lamb's playing time. Even though Lamb is developing nicely. | |
