Spoiler:
Leben got beat up then knocked out with 5 seconds left in the first. He made it to the bell, knew he was done and said he was done. Fight over.

I'm not going to try to say this ending would have been in the top...thousand ways I thought this fight could end, but I don't like some people dismissing the win as a fluke. Anderson Silva has chicken legs and properly checking a low kick is intended every bit as much to inflict pain/damage on the attacker's leg as it is to protect the person on the receiving end.

Weidman vs Vitor will be an awesome fight.
So will Rhonda vs Sarah.

Travis Browne has deadly elbows.
Rousey vs Tate was an awesome fight for a woman's fight. Why the fuck did Tate keep trying to go for the takedown?
Weidman is just too well rounded for Anderson Silva. Looks like Silva is done.
That broken leg nearly made me throw up my lunch.

Ronda Rousey is the shit. Every time Miesha thought she was wearing down and tried to take her down she was getting tossed like a child lol
Main event ending sucked if only because it was obvious Anderson had nothing for Weidman and this gives people another excuse to cling to. But it sucks to seea great go out that wayt

yea Ronda fought excellent. Her judo is amazing and she is really starting to evolve her striking. I think she rocked Miesha a couple times, and also took some shots showing she has a good chin though.
Main event was very disappointing. Not anyone's fault, just bad luck. Man that injury turned my stomach when I saw it. There is a potential risk of injury when you throw hard leg kicks and they are checked. While it is a freak injury it is one we have seen happen at least a couple times in high level mma now. More of a reason than ever for guys to start checking leg kicks.
Also nice to see Jim Miller with an impressive submission win and shouting out my jiu jitsu coach after the fight.

IMO Sarah isn't ready yet. She needs 2 or 3 more fights to be ready. This may be there thinking though, feed her to Rousey before she is ready and a real threat. I think Alexis Davis should get the shot if Zingano isn't ready. Let Sarah get a couple more fights to hone her mma skills.
The UFC needs to sign Holly Holm.

I just watched the fights. Rowdy was impressive and her stand up has improved tons. Her ground game is at such a high level when it comes to looking for a triangle or arm bar. She will kick the shit out of Mcwhoever? I wish Cat was ready or of course CYBORG! Throw some money at that chick and make the fight already. After that great fight there isn't a bigger womens fight right now.
I've never been a Silva fan, but I felt horrible for him and wish him the best in recovery. He should hang it up for sure with his age and that leg. Weidman looked like he was gonna beat him up, but I thought he might wear down and Silva could win. I had a few friends ask my thoughts on who would win and I told em to pick Weidman. I have a free steak dinner coming my way since one friend dropped a grand on Weidman. heh! I'm starting to hate the way Vitor changes his look so much and it shows he fucking crazy! Just wanted to throw that out there, but it should be a good fight.
Uriah Hall is the furture! Leben looked slower, but if Hall continues to excel I can see him fighting for a title one day if he works on his ground game. Dude is sick and has tons of power.
Barnett just got caught, but he is aging. I still don't think Browne is a contender. Even with 4 more wins guys like Cain would wreck him. I'd like to see him fight JDS next.

Caveats
Weidman took steps towards proving himself Saturday. Twice in a row he fought Silva and had his hand raised, that in of itself means a lot.
The end of Saturday's fight though, the tastes it left in my mouth was similar to how their first fight ended, there are still questions at large about their match up. All questions are not answered completely in my mind. Checked leg kicks don't break legs on the regular, it is a freakishly rare occurrence I've only seen 3 times in a million fights, key word being being freak.
I'm not taking away anything from Chris, I'm putting the path to victory into proper context, Chris won on a freak injury, he caused it of course, but it was an irregularity of a technical finish, kick checks are not finishing maneuvers. That is not how you win to silence all questions like hands down, chin up, feet open is not how you box. This was not the finish he needed here.
But the questions Chris did further answer are telling. He can keep getting Silva down, he can keep damaging him there in Silva's guard which is not bad, he can box and drop Silva when Silva has his hands up. Chris has the tools to compete and defeat Silva, he should be considered better then Silva today, regardless of the leg injury. Other guys have had the type of tools to be successful, but not together. He has them together. But the caveat keeps coming in the finish. Silva has the tools to beat any fighter. I can't call Weidman dominant over Silva, he fought and competed with him better, but the nature of the first fight and the finish of the second fight work against him in some way still. He's the best MW in the world today though, that is undeniable.
Decent fight between Rousey and Tate, but by and large, the talent gap is very evident, and I don't mean between the two fighters... Rousey is beatable.
Browne will KO Werdum.
