Strikeforce robbed yet again....this time Bendo lost to a guy with one hand and that story still isnt good enough for judges to put this gut on his rightful 3 fight losing streak.

And I'm again baffled.

Josh Thomson is better then Ben Henderson, with a broken hand. 48-47. Pretty bummed out by the call. When they said the last card was a 49-48, I thought josh 100%.

I had it 2-2 after 4 but round 5 was so boring i popped outside for a spliff, assuming the judges would give anything close to Henderson like they have done in all his other UFC fights. To be fair, Thomson did nothing in what i saw of the 5th so unless he poured it on in the last 2-3 minutes the judges had every excuse to give it Henderson by default again.

However, i struggle to see what Benson Henderson brings to the table to be deserving of the Sugar Ray Leonard treatment and automatically be awarded every close round in every fight he takes part in?

I was rooting for Josh but I wasn't surprised by the score. Maybe I got Rogan'd though. I'll have to watch again.

It was bad enough to ruin the card for me.  Crushed to know the guy won through the adversity and see that happen in the end.  Terrible outcome for the division, Thomson is a real challenger with Gil ahead of Grant, Bendo is 1-4 in his last 5 fights.  Hearing the last card read 49-46 then the name Smooth soon after, was like a getting planted with a sucker punch out of nowhere.

I'm sure Henderson is a nice decent enough fellow, but man, I dislike that guy right now and it's not even his fault so much really.

I can't stand Bendo for some reason. How a judge can give him a 49-46 score I have no idea. Josh clearly won the first 2 rounds.

Wasn't impressed by either guy, neither is a threat to Pettis

I've been seeing scores all over the place on this one. 1/2/5 Thomson, 3/4/5/ Bendo, 2/3/4 Bendo, 1/2/4/5 Thomson, and 1/2/4 Thomson just to name a few. It's not exactly a robbery when even the judges couldn't agree on which rounds went to who, and neither can many of the fans who scored it for either fighter.

If Thompson's name was Nate Diaz non of you would be complaining. It well less robbery then Nate vs Maynard SD.

i gave Thomson 1 & 4, Bendo 2 & 3 and lost interest midway through round 5, which i thought Bendo was probably winning at the time in a tedious, risk-free manner with no thoughts of even attempting to finish.

How did Bendo win round 2?

Thompson won 3-4 minutes of that round and Bendo did no damage.

More people think Josh won the fight 49-46 then do all the people who thought it was a Draw or that Benson won.


Anthony Pettis would lose to Thomson.  Pettis is the luckiest fighter in the UFC.  Benson Henderson has twice saved Anthony from fights he would lose by incorrectly being rewarded the win when he should of received a loss.

It was a bad decision, call it what ever you want, a robbery, bullshit, fixed, broken whatever.  It was a bad decision.

Just because it was the wrong decision doesn't make it a robbery. The only irrefutable rounds were the first and third rounds. The rest are pretty much up for grabs, especially the fifth because nobody really did anything in the fifth other than Thomson running across the cage with Bendo's leg tucked under his arm.

The Josh Thomson that showed up Saturday night would've gotten his insides rearranged by Pettis. He's operating at a different level than the rest of these guys right now. Just have to hope injuries don't totally derail this kid's career

Holy run on sentence batman! Talking shit about two guys who in the last year beat the snot out of you, and a guy on medical leave who happens to hold the belt. I like it.

He's just hoping he does enough talking to get another title shot without having to fight anymore top 10 guys because most of them would beat him. This dude has zero chance of beating Pettis
