| Left guard or tackle, long snapper and DE. pretty subjective question, I might say CB, RB and Mike tomorrow. | |

| Yeah the big uglies are where it's at. Skill position players get all the love but the big boys control the game. | |

Aaron Rodgers and the 2 best OL in the NFL...I don't know who they are but I'd find out.

Rodgers, Joe Thomas, JJ Watt Even here you are picking what you consider to be the 2 best big uglies and the best QB. Best Offensive Lineman, best Defensive Lineman and best QB. QB> O-Line and D-Line > skill positions

| Really...not one person says Kicker?
A reliable kicker is more important than most of the shit in this thread, except perhaps..the long snapper.
To think, without Adam Vinatieri..Tom Brady would only have one superbowl win.
Life of a kicker..get no mention in a thread of important position when good kickers are pretty much at a premium in the NFL. When they reliable and are probably responsible for most of the teams wins, nobody mentions them and they are still "just the kicker"..but when they fuck up they are responsible for everything that happened before they fucked up. Life of a kicker.

aaron rodgers and jj watt would be the first two names without question. maybe you'd want a shut down corner next in this day and age, though i'd probably take a julius peppers or a justin smith. another wrecker on the DL that will consistently demand a double team. if you had two guys like that on your DL you'd have lots of other defensive guys producing stats above their ability level. you can get by without elite offensive linemen with an elite QB and quality coaching imo.

| I can agree with that. Id probably go Calvin Johnson after Rodgers and JJ. Not because WR is that important but because its a mid match vs any corner and going to be one if the all time greats at the position. | |
