| GSP was easily winning the striking but Diaz just started landed everything he threw and hes down. 20 seconds of offense from Diaz. | |

I don't think so..not much of anything from either until Nick started landing. Georges would land something light every now and then.

| GSP looks pretty tired. Nick should be pressuring big time. | |

I don't think so..not much of anything from either until Nick started landing. Georges would land something light every now and then. He landed like 20 jabs and straight right. Diaz had great clinch work in the 4th though. not enough to win the round though.

| Man I was fooled thinking a GSP fight would be anything other than what we've seen for years. | |

| Man...and here i was expecting GSP's best performance but i think only the Shields fight was worse from a performance stand point. He gassed. From that point on, He can only get the takedowns if Nick over committed Nick did some good things over the last 3 rounds, especially in the clinch and punishing the body.. but didnt work enough because GSP would still be able to take him down if he turned up the volume too much.
Diaz and Condit are pretty much the same deal. The fact that they arent very strong physically and arent good wrestlers will always keep the UFC gold from them. However, If only Condit got as much time standing vs. GSP as Diaz did...but i think Diaz scrambling defense during the grappling wore GSP out...which GSP pretty much just said

| Well that was disappointing. I expected a GSP blanket decision but when he got stuffed a couple times in the 3rd and Nick landed that thudding body shot I thought we could be on our way to something interesting | |

| A few thoughts on the card
Enjoyed most of it, prelims included.
Hendricks was great, he deserves a tittle shot
Ellenberger looked amazing too.
DO NOT THINK DIAZ SHOUKD RETIRE... He's really young and has a fucking lot left.

| I honestly think GSP's starting to decline a bit, ever since his return he's not looked as explosive to me and he's starting to take some more damage.
Nick was way too heisentaint when the fight was standing perhaps the lay off effected his timing and sharpness but he wasted alot of chances to be offensive. I hope Nick doesn't retire because he's one of the most entertaining fighters out there.
Hendricks was awesome he fought like a champion last night. To dominate a guy like Condit is impressive but to do it with a possible broken hand is even more special. I'll say it now Johny Hendricks will dethrone GSP by stoppage.
Ellenberger was impressive too I did not expect him to stop Nate like that.

| I'm probably the biggest GSP fan here and although he easily beat an excellent fighter I think he's starting to slip a bit. He isn't as explosive and powerful as he use to be. |
