Henry Cejudo, 2008 Olympic wrestling gold medalist from Phoenix, improved to 3-0 in his professional MMA career Friday night at Wild Horse Pass Casino in Chandler.
Cejudo beat Anthony Sessions of Grants, N.M. via TKO (referee stoppage) at 4:23 in the first round to win the bantamweight title (135 pounds) of local promotion World Fighting Federation MMA.
Cejudo was relentless in the fight and after numerous unanswered strikes while on top of a grounded Sessions, the bout was called. All three of Cejudo's wins have ended in the first round. "
