Scott Coker interview on Henderson, Fedor, Overeem, Aoki, Lashley

- Henderson has approached Coker about wanting to fight Shields, Mousasi, and Fedor Emelianenko in succession. Coker didn’t guarantee anything, but alluded to the fact that if Henderson is successful in his first bout, it is a likely scenario.

- Alistair Overeem will fight in Strikeforce in the late first quarter, early second quarter of 2010. Both Overeem and Fabricio Werdum are the leading candidates to take on Fedor.

- King Mo will be fighting Mike Whitehead at heavyweight, but will return to 205lbs.

- Bobby Lashley is heading to American Top Team in Miami before he makes his Strikeforce debut, though no date has been confirmed.

- Cris Cyborg vs. Marloes Coenen is targeted for Miami in early 2010, announcement to come soon.

- Tyron Woodley will be on Strikeforce main cards in the late first quarter 2010.

- Anticipates the winner of Josh Thompson vs. Gilbert Melendez to fight Aoki in March or April.

- Josh Barnett is welcomed at Strikeforce once the issues with the commission have been cleared.

Did Strikeforce sign Aoki?

Wouldn't it be great if Hendo ended his great career by becoming the Middleweight and Light Heavyweight champion in Strikeforce ?
