| Lets take the best p4p fighters in the sport today, and say they are all the same weight. Who is champ?
Silva GSP Bones Aldo Cruz
Feel free to add to the list.
I think GSP would be the title holder simply because of his wrestling ability and his ability to work on the ground when in the top position. MMA, in general, has come a long way in terms of wrestlers having to actually do work instead of just getting takedowns to win fights. But, as methodical as it is, GSP has the advantage going into every fight in my opinion.

| GSP
For similar reasons mentioned.
With even scale, St. Pierre is the best conditioned and strongest fighter among elite mma talent. That suits a martial arts style that he is also amongst the elite in and one that is a style of dominance. wrestling. He's shown his dominance against all forms of competition in the welterweight division well beyond his current 11 fight streak of decisively being better. An array of BJJ black-belts, knockout artists and most telling, other fighters with world class wrestling talent, he's owned them all.
The guy I see with the best chance is Aldo. I think that dude is super freaky. I could see him stuffing, evading or getting back up quick like from take downs on the regular but then his hands... and legs... The more I think about it the more it comes down two these two guys and the harder it is to decide.

The same speed that got him taken down and beat in every round leading up to the submission win against Chael?
