I totally agree. It's mostly been great champions at their best that have been able to stop Belfort in his career.

Why is Sonnen? 5-3 with wins over D Miller, Okami, Bisping, Stann & Marquardt. His loss to Anderson was as good as any others MW's best win. Easily top 3-4 MW based on resume.

I was kind of surprised that Bisping seemed to have the speed advantage in the fight. Especially with that jab that was connecting before Vitor could even flinch. That right there scares me for a potential Spider rematch. I think Anderson is just too fast for Vitor at this point in his career. I actually think with a full camp he is much more competitive vs Jones in a rematch.

Anderson would waste him again. And I'm not sure why the call out of Jones, he got that fight just out of the UFC's desperation to begin with. No one wants to see a rematch

Well to be fair to Vitor he took that fight on short notice and he had an opportunity to win the fight. Like I mentioned I think Anderson is just too fast for him and realistically he has a better chance of beating Jones then he does Anderson in my opinion anyways. But he helped the UFC out by taking the fight on short notice and he would be 100x more competitive in a rematch then Chael is going to be.

I was surprised Bisping wanted a kickboxing fight to begin with, I was expecting him to clinch more and go for takedowns.

He tried to catch a kick once but other then that he looked content to stand. However he was having success with that jab and as I mentioned appeared to have a slight speed advantage. But there is a great article that talks about how Vitor setup that high kick.
