In a MMA Gym sense?

If you could spend some time at a gym observing a team do their thing in sparing and grappling practice, where would you like to go? black House, AKA, Jacksons, Nova Una, etc.,?

Or if you Trane UFC, where would you like to go for a week if you could?

Really only seen some work at Fresno AKA, now Koscheck MMA. Think AKA in San Jose would be pretty awesome though.

I wouldn't mind being at the UFC/TUF gym to see how it really is vs what we see on TV.

Old shoote box would have been the best.
