| Judging by Dana's attitude towards derek Brunson at the presser, I wouldn't be all that suprised if Brunson doesn't fight with the UFC again. And if he does he won't be fighting Paul. | |

| Brunson will get another fight. I just bet it will be on facebook. I'm surprised they brought him in after two straight losses which included a 40 second KO at the hands of Jacare and a loss to Grove.
Brunson was/is awful. I'm not a huge Leben fan, but i think Leben should have beat him and would on most nights.

| I still don't get why anyone would put people that are already scheduled to fight on this list. Happens everytime. Hunt, Reem, Werdum and Robbie already listed here.
Cain vs Reem if he beats Bigfoot, if he loses then Werdum if he beats Nog. If both lose? That's tough since Cormier won't fight him. Would be interesting and you would have to give Struve-Hunt winner strong consideration if that happened. If not you would be looking at Nog or Bigfoot. Would be interesting what would happen.
JDS vs Cormier, Barnett or Browne. Not many top HWs JDS hasn't already beat. Jim Miller vs Eddie Alvarez, Cowboy if he beats Pettis or RDA. Joe Lauzon vs Jorge Masvidal or Jeremy Stephens Yushin Okami vs Mark Munoz. First fight was a SD, makes a ton of sense IMO. Alan Belchar vs Rich Franklin or Lorenz Larkin Philippou vs Vitor if he beats Mike or Stann-Wand winner would work but that is kind of far off. Todd Duffee vs Pat Barry- exactly what I thought after the fight. Nice call G. Tim Boestch vs Tim Kennedy or Palhares Jamie Varner vs Josh Thompson Melvin vs Danzig

| As I've said before it's who I want to see them fight next, I know they've got fights scheduled but by the time the 155 guys are good to go again most of the opponents I've selected will be finished with their scheduled fights. |

The problem with that is you are assuming an outcome to a fight that hasn't happened. Instead of listing realistic alternatives to what could happen. I could say Reem vs Cain and just assume he will beat Bigfoot like I'm pretty positive he will. But doesn't hurt to play all possible scenarios. Just makes it more interesting and a better read IMO. Some of these future matchups are great fights that I didn't think of until I saw them listed by others. Just my thoughts on these kind of threads.

Most of the fights I listed have a realistic chance of happening, I only put Leben vs. Lawler in there because it's a dream fight of mines. |

Yes they have a realistic chance of happening, but you are still assuming an outcome without giving an alternative. What if Reem and Werdum both lose? Not likely but obviously possible since this is MMA. IMO it's more fun and more realistic to think it all the way through and play out all options whenever possible. Obviously there are times where scheduled fights and injuries slip your mind but it's always better to play it out as far as possible. Do what you want, obviously it's just for fun. But again, it's my 2 cents on how these threads should be done and what I consider the best way to do it. Requires more thought, better to read, often times brings up good points.

I think Cain has the speed and diversity in his striking but DC has the power. I like DC's wrestling over Cain's wrestling but that could change if Cain starts to do some damage. I went from being a complete non believer in DC to thinking he has a shot to beat anyone. Right now I'll say Cain could survive and win but I think DC's wrestling might be so much better that he control the fight and frustrate Cain. Either way, I wish we could see it.

| Can Cormier even drop to LHW ? Won't it also screw up the waiting list for Bones because Dana's said both Cormier and Gil will get immediate title shots. |

I can't post links yet but it's from MMA Junkie. Cain didn't get an immediate rematch, and this fight went about as well for JDS as it did for Cain last time. I say he needs one solid win first, maybe two if Cain gets some challengers.

| If Overeem loses then Werdum will get taken off TUF and given the shot. |
