arguing that lombard beat boetsh is like arguing that terminal lung cancer is better than a terminal brain tumour though.

if they'd both been awarded a loss for that fight neither could complain.

Yeah that simply was not a good performance. Can't make that "well he could be 2-0 right now" argument after a garbage fight that the judges went the other way

I still have doubts about Lombard's ability to get into the top 5 in the division with his one punch at a time style. I'd like to see him fight Rockhold

regardless though, in my official records he is 2-0 one in the UFC, boring injury hampered first fight or not.

If Lombard was given the W he deserved in his first UFC fight then instead of fighting Palhares he would've got either Weidman or Bisping for his second fight.
