| Congrats man! It's an emotional rollercoaster the first time around. How long was labor? How long, weight, what did you'll name her? Did you know babies come out ten kinds of fucked up colors, unlike me? My first was 25 hours of labor and seeing a chalky white baby scared the shit out of me. I thought she was dead and then she made some noise. I teared up then, but held it together. I didn't cry until I saw my mom after we delivered. I walked out and saw my mom in the hospital hallway and started crying like a bitch cause I was so scared and tired at the same time. It really is a life changing experience though. If anyone has told you that girls are harder to deal with than boys, THEY WERE RIGHT! None of my kids have ever been the type that kept us up all night though. I hope things go smoothly for you both when you get the baby home. Go home and clean, prepare some meals, and prep as much as possible for momma bear. You will thank yourself in a few weeks. I luckily had my mom stay for the first week. Second kid I didn't have mom and I didn't prepare. Big mistake on my part. From then on I prepared with every child. Congrats again bro! | |

| Water broke around 5/6 am. Baby was here just after 12. She pushed for about an hour. Wife and baby are healthy.
She's 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and 22".
She was a nice palish purple but quickly turned pink. | |
