The numbers are an improvement from UFC on FOX 4 and UFC on FOX 3, which took place in August and May, respectively. Each of those broadcasts averaged 2.4 million viewers.

Fox 4 had more competition from what i recall. Glad the numbers are u p though.

Surprised there hasn't been more talk about how far over it ran. I waited until my brother got off work to watch it with him, good thing I taped the news afterwards. Nate-Bendo hadn't even started

I added the 30 min extention, but that only covered 4.5 rnds. Didn't feel like I would miss much though.

They also do not include portions of the pay-per-view revenue that some top-level fighters receive.

For example, as previously reported, UFC officials handed out additional $65,000 UFC on FOX 5 bonuses to Edwards ("KO of the Night"), Jorgensen ("Fight of the Night" and "Submission of the Night" for $130,000 total) and Albert ("Fight of the Night").
