He sure as hell didn't deserve to have his smiling face showing in the back of the whole fucking countdown show like he was somekind of fallen hero.

Just look at the interviews with the Chiefs. It's complex. Some of them talk about how that wasn't the man they knew. The man they knew was a great teammate and friend. It's hard for them to process that it's the same man that did what he did. Some of them talk about how it makes you look at it and wonder if there was anything you could have done or said that would have changed anything. If there was some kind of sign they missed. It easy to see how this could be hard to process for his teammates. But to ask them to mask their honest emotions because it makes you uncomfortable I just don't agree with.

Not for my comfort, but for the family of the victim. And really I blame the media not his team because they are just answering the questions they are asked.

it's also worth noting that chiefs players and coaches were on NFL network being interviewed the same day, literally hours after witnessing a teammate blow himself away at their training facility. it's also likely they'd have had limited facts about what led up to it.

for all we know, his bird might have just told him she'd been fucking his brother, his son was actually his nephew and that she was leaving having just emptied his account.

Disturbing details came out. His mother was in the kitchen when he shot his girlfriend. Who he kissed on the forehead and told her he was sorry after killing her. Then he drove to the facility where he met some of the coaches and this was his final moments:

What I read was the babies mother told Belcher that he likely wasn't the father of the baby. That's what I heard on ESPN.
