Superfight on the horizon

Silva was full of shit. He'll never make 170 again. GSP doesn't want the fight.

i don't know why st pierre wouldn't want the fight, it's a no lose bet for him.

if he beats silva he'll be elevated to p4p king and all time number one. if he loses he's gone up in weight and been beaten by the GOAT which won't really have a negative impact on his standing within the sport.

either way he makes a ton of money.

I think it'd be a huge impact. Gsp is soft mentally. It might break him to be out struck in a dominate fashion. That said I can still see gsp winning.

Hendricks vs GSP is a better fight, more competitive matchup.

He needs to lose to Hendricks and Spider can lose to Weidman. I like the challengers chances on both.

GSP has said multiple times he wants to be the GOAT and I can't think of a better opportunity to elevate him to that status than beating Silva.
