RUMOR: Vitor vs Bisping at UFC 156

Saw it on another forum. There was a twitter link but I didn't see anything there. But here is a quote from the post.

I'm sure that would probably mean Barao vs McDonald is a no go. Barao wanted to wait from Cruz but the UFC was trying to get him to defend interim title in Brazil. I can live with Vitor vs Mike.

IMO even though Vitor lost to Bones he would still deserve another shot at Spider if he beat Bisping. I think that would be 4 in a row at MW if he did?

Vitor can only be beaten by GOAT level future HoF fighters. He beats Bisping up.

both have been angling for a title shot so why not?

I would give Weedman the shot before vitor if he beats Tim, but not Tim. if Michael beats vitor then he gets the title shot before Kris or Tim

I think both Vitor and Mike would be equally deserving with their win. I personally think Weidman is above both if he beats Timmy B. But I still think Mike and Vitor would have earned a shot.

Vitor says he hasn't heard anything yet. Have to think its bad matchup for Bisping although he is still clearly very underrated by this board

I don't think he's as underrated as much as he's disliked here, but either way this is a bad matchup for him

I am a little surprised as I expected to see Weidman vs. Bisping for an interim/vacant title once Silva vs. GSP gets made.

Well this is just a rumor. There are more reports coming out now saying it's only a rumor.

after the chael fight I no longer consider bisping underrated. Hell he gave shad all he could handle as well back in the day. Bisping is legit he just cant win the #1 contender fights.

What about the long mooted Wandi rematch couldn't they make that fight for the January card in Brazil ?
