Cowboy and Pettis were in line to be the next TUF coaches.

I don't see the blessing here? So we get to see Cowboy vs Pettis in January instead of April? That doesn't even come close to comforting me. Still some bullshit.

I'd much rather have that then what we are getting.

There is no blessing associated with TUF in any way.

Still like TUF. Love this fight more though. Cowboy started some shit he won't be able to finish. Show time is going to put it on him worse than Diaz did.

Don't see how he could put it on Cowboy any more then Diaz did unless he knocks him out.

Pettis really doesn't have the style to put it on Cowboy worse than Diaz did. He might be the better striker, definitely has the wow factor type shit going on. But can he overwhelm Cowboy like Nate did? I doubt it.

Well he could KO him, I think that is a legit option. Though agree I wouldn't expect the bell to bell beating like Nate delivered. Especially considering I put weight into the idea that Cowboy had been stretching himself thin going into that fight.

I'm sure Pettis *could* KO Cerrone but that's much easier said than done. Donald took some super shots from Melvin and managed to recover while still being laid into.

Yeah Cowboy is pretty tough, never been knocked out. I'm sure Pettis could KO Cowboy, but I don't think he does.

I think Pettis is slightly, not a lot, but slightly overrated. Him against Cerrone is a close match so long as typical Cowboy shows up.

I'm the opposite. I think Cowboy is slightly, just slightly overrated. Pettis seems to still be improving, I don't think the same when it comes to Cowboy. I think Cowboy loses to the top tier and I think Pettis is in that top tier. I don't think Pettis is in the running for best in the world right now like some do, but I think he is the level above Cowboy.
