well, in that pic anyway, Im not see the monster size descrepency that I feared.

It doesn't look like size will be an issue from that picture but bare in mind Lopez was a Jr Welterweight just two fights ago.

Canelo has invited Paul Williams to ringside for the fight. It's nice to see him out and about in Vegas.

I do think it will be a good scrap though.

There's going to be an interview with Paul Williams on the telecast tonight.

interested in the Williams interview. Yes he's in a chair, but his hands look like they are functioning, that's big. And recoveries from these things tend to be real slow. Would not be surprised(and would love) to see williams walking around again.

If u admit to it being a good scrap then I'd think Lopez has a better shot then slim to none.

And yeah he is a little soft, but I really feared a big size mismatch, maybe it will be the case in the lower body, but up top Lopez looks to be right there.

A good scrap in the sense that Lopez has a come forward entertaing style.

Really enjoyed this card.

Love Lopez heart, but he got straight mauled.

I was really impressed with Leo Santa Cruz as well. Not to root for continued punishment, but i was curious to see just how red Morel's midsection would get if the fight went 2-3 more rounds.

Also, if i had a drinking game going for everytime Paulie Malignaggi said "variation" i would have died a horrible death of alcohol poisoning.

I also think Mauro does well as a boxing announcer. It's more like the PRIDE days where he called the action and let the experts do their job. He's too overbearing in Strikeforce because i have a feeling he thinks he knows more than Pat and Frank.
