sriracha is awesome.. and I would agree that you can put it on almost anything (I wouldn't put it on orange sherbert) .. but that doesn't mean it is the best hot sauce to use.. I prefer a Mexican style hot sauce (cholula, tapatio, valentina, etc) on a lot of foods over Sriracha .. like breakfast for example

Lots of mexican places keep sriracha on the tables. It's probably the most versatile hot sauce on the market.

never have seen Sriracha at any Mexican restaurant in Texas.. a Mexican restaurant would have to have their own in house salsa/sauces, thats just how it has to be.. or I would question its authenticity and most likely leave.

Have I put sriracha on burritos and tacos before yes.. was it good yes.. was it better than if I had some Tapatio (for example) no.. Same goes for Pad Thai the other way around
