Why not ? For the exact same reason Reem isn't going to fight JDS-Cain winner. Timing. The JDS-Cain fight and the Frank-Dan fight will be in the same month, around the same time. So if Reem isn't willing to wait for Cain-JDS winner and UFC title shot. Why would he wait the same amount of time for Dan? It's the exact same timing issue that Reem is talking about here and not waiting for title shot. Both fights should take place in December. Fair enough. |

| I'd expect Reem vs Werdum 3 to go much different then the 2nd fight.
Werdum knows now that not only did he embarass himself with that gameplan, but he also knows that there were moments where he had reem in trouble on the feet.
Still figure Reem would knock werdum out if they went toe to toe, but doubt Werdum would jump to his back at every possible sign of danger again.
Thus I'd be ok with a 3rd fight.

| It was 6 years ago. Overeem is a totally different and much bigger fighter now. |

Well today Werdum is the highest on the food chain in the UFC. Behind only JDS, Cain and Reem himself.

| The annoying thing is Werdum is talented enough to hang with Overeem, his stand up game has been top class since he re-joined the UFC. |

| Cormier vs Reem makes the most sense. Old SF champ vs new SF champ, who really is the deserving SF champ that gets to fight for the UFC strap, well both are to me, but you get where I'm going. Timing, shmiming. We've been paying attention this year, timing is as predictable as the sounds of my farts. There as been only 8 HW title/interim fights in the past 5 years because timing is fucked. Cain and JDSs could fight in December and either be out for 6 months. Same with Daniel and Frank. It will take some serious star alignment for it to play out perfectly and have Cormier not only win but be healthy (he is a breaker) and ready at the same time as the UFC Champion (also injury plauged). | |

I have been asking for Reem vs Dan ever since Reem tested positive. So I'm down for sure. I think it is by far the best possible fight for Reem. Even if a title shot were available, I think Dan vs Reem is perfect.

| Who wouldn't want to watch Hunt vs Reem? I predict something like this. | |
