That's not a twister. He's going for a RNC but doesn't sink it in so he's just doing a neck crank cause the dude has his head turned.

Yeah that's not a twister at all. He needed to have his legs around the opponent's right leg and then get underneath the opponent's left arm. That's just a face crush(more or less the same thing Aoki did to fancy pants).
